The Footprints in the Snow
Imagine a field of fresh snow, untouched and endless. The first time you walk across it, every step is heavy. You sink, you struggle, you have to push through with every stride.
But you walk it again the next day. And the next. And slowly, your footprints become a trail. The snow packs down. The path hardens. What once took all of your effort now takes almost none.
This is what a habit does to your mind. The struggle is not a sign that you are failing. It is just fresh snow beneath your feet.
Keep walking. The path is already forming.
