Imagine that your brain is the jungle and your thoughts are the man who walks through that jungle with a machete. So when you are starting a new habit like meditating. It’s hard. The man needs to cut through all of the grass and through all of the branches on its way, but when you walk that path every single day the path is clear and it’s easier to walk on it. This is consistency and this is the most important thing about habits.
